Your WaterSide journey starts with you walking in the door. Scheduled a time to partake in one of our offered classes. You will be joined by one of our coaches to talk with you about your fitness goals and then help guide you through the class. You will learn about our fitness programs and training methodologies. You and your coach will then map out a plan that fits you best. This will be based on your level of fitness and your goals.

Once you're a member, you can take any of our classes offered. But first, be confident and knowledgable with what you are doing - sign up for the WaterSide Beginners Series. It is 4 sessions over 2-weeks, plus 2-weeks of unlimited classes. We can not wait to see you in the doors.
