Our Programs


Our CrossFit WOD or Workout Of The Day are specifically designed fit it all in during the one hour time frame. There will be enough time for: our warm-up, our skill or strength instruction, and the workout. Sometimes there will be a cool down or stretch that is provided, but feel free to spend extra time here. Typical classes are structured as follows:

  • Warm-up – Includes coach led mobility and dynamic stretching.
  • Skill/Strength Session – Includes instruction to movement for that day, paying close attention to the Olympic lifts.
  • Workout of the day (WOD) – Includes a mixture of gymnastic, metabolic conditioning and weightlifting modalities performed at high intensity that is all relative to the individual. The WOD can be modified to fit everyones needs.
  • Cool-Down – mobility and recommendations for recovery.

The CrossFit methodology states that the skill/strength sessions and the WODs will vary upon day, allowing for a wide and constantly varied stimulus.

WaterSide Stretching & Flexibility:

Whether you are a beginner, every day go getter, or a computer nerd restrictions in mobility can be a serious impediment to your favorite activities and overall health. The more active you are, the more of an importance this becomes. Our stretching and mobility class similar to yoga offers members instructor-led, dedicated time, to improve and maintain joint, muscle and connective tissue health. Various techniques will be taught and practiced to increase flexibility, enhance range of motion, alleviate chronic muscle tension, and minimize pain. Mobility class will provide a framework for resolving pain, preventing injury, and optimizing athletic performance. (reword some)

Open Gym:

Our open gym allows you to squeeze in your workouts when you are unable to meet the class time. Feel free to use any equipment that is not in use. Take as much space as you need as long as it does not disrupt the class. This is your gym.
