Yoga

Yoga class will tune you into your mind, body, and breathe and keep you focused. This upbeat vinyasa class encourages students to go deeper within themselves utilizing mindful sequencing and inspiring playlists. Some yoga experience is recommended. No shoes. Mats provided.


Sweat

Sweat is an revitalizing total body workout that mixes bootcamp style workouts and body weight awareness with cardio conditioning. All Propelled by the beat of the music, Sweat will make you sweat, literally! It will challenge your fitness and improve your flexibility.


Open Gym

For All Access members  and Unlimited members the gym is open from 6:00am - 1:00pm then 4:00pm to 7:30pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays from 8:30 am - 11:00am
