Let’s talk protein!
Protein is so important to build those bones and muscles! You should be eating protein with every meal! But how much should you be eating? You should be eating around 20-25 grams of protein per meal with the goal of eating 1 gram of protein for each pound that you weigh. For example, if you weigh 160 pounds, then your daily protein goal should be 160 grams. Now, this is just a base. Protein can be and should be adjusted depending on your goals and this is where we as coaches come in!
