Happy New Year! 2020 is finally here, and you may be looking for ways to switch up your workout or explore new areas of fitness in the year (and decade) ahead. Fortunately, we’re here to help.

Find a fitness routine you love

The key to a successful fitness-focused resolution is to make it something you look forward to doing! This year, endeavor to find a fitness routine that you truly love. That might mean CrossFit with friends, weekend workouts at the beach, or fun with your pet (here in Florida, some dog owners even take their four-legged friend surfing or paddle-boarding—the options are endless!). Or find a routine that lets you lean into your inner early bird or night owl. A fitness journal is a great way to keep track of the stats side of fitness—how much you can lift or press, for example, or perhaps the miles you jog—as well as the mental aspect of a great workout. By keeping a journal in 2020, you can keep track of your tangible and not-so-tangible progress and see how far you’ve come along the way!
